Building a loft bed– A loft to your child’s room is a space-saving solution that opens up more than 20 square meters of space for other uses. Sand all surfaces of your timber. It does not have to be Polish-smooth, but should be free of drawbacks that could cut or cause splinters your children. Apply a coat of stain or paint for all surfaces of the timber. Allow to dry.

Replace the four beams in a rectangle with the 36-inch beams inside the 75-inch beams, all four bars standing on their 2-inch sides. 4th Final beams with two wood screws per joint. Drive screws through the face 75- inch beams and the end of the 36-inch beams. Place the plywood on top of the frame. The screw in place with a screw per corner. Screw in place with four screws per beam. Connect two posts in one 39-inch side of the bed by connecting a 36-inch plank, positioned with lower edge 28 inches from the floor on the inside of the building a loft bed.
